- Since 1953 Hickory Log has served Dexter and the surrounding area. Famous for barbecue ribs has been our slogan for many years and ribs are certainly what we sell the most of. We do offer a full menu, but always focus on bbq as our main items. We are a family owned, independent restaurant and we welcome your visit!
