Since 1953 Hickory Log has been serving what has come to be known as the best barbecued ribs in the midwest.  We cook our ribs the old-fashioned way, outdoors on open brick-walled pits, with a real hickory wood fire.  Our own blend of special spices and slow real wood cooking results in the original Hickory Log ribs that are known throughout the United States. We do also have a full line menu with steaks, salads, appetizers, and sandwiches. Come visit us in Dexter, Missouri.  We are open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner opening at 11:00am.
